Great app, helps with fraud prevention when you need it the most. Easy to use and great support from the NoFraud team.

NoFraud has been excellent in helping us manage fraud (particularly for international orders).

It has been excellent for us as we don't want waste time (and money) dealing with chargebacks.

I would also note that the customer service is exceptional and their team has really helped us.

This app has truly helped our warehouse filter out any fraudulent orders, as well as helped to alleviate any return/refund processing in the backend. It automatically scans the purchase location, credit card and IP address to discern the various ways the order is valid or invalid. We have a great success manager, Lisa W. who has always been super helpful and responsive along the setup process.

Excellent app, very simple to deal with. I have used it in recent months and have not had any problems. I recommend.

I like it for peace of mind that fraudulent activities are screened out, reducing the level of risk for our store.

Have had this service now for a short while and I have noticed a significant difference. This is probably by far the best service to use for credit card fraud protection. I signed up with Signifyd a while back which was proven to be a complete joke, and absolutely useless. Nofraud goes far and beyond to protect you from fraudsters. I wish I had found them much sooner.

5 stars across the board! We switched a year ago from Signifyd to NoFraud and not only did my approval rate increase drastically but pricing was also a lot more competitive. The integration is seamless and literally worked out of the box with zero changes to our current workflow. The team at NoFraud including Shoshanah, Yehudah, Blumi, Viktoriia, Irina, Zahraa, Louis, Rachel are all amazing to work with and are super quick to respond to my inquires. This app changed everything for us. We used to be fraught with fraud, getting chargebacks left and right, but since we started working with the NoFraud team, we've yet to encounter one, while accepting MORE orders. They accept orders other apps would've failed, knowing how better to research the customer and ascertain if they're fraudulent or not. They've saved us a ton of money, they're very competitively-priced within the industry, and by far and away the best fraud protection service out there. Don't think twice.

This app is a lifesaver. especially in niches where the average order size is large(Ours is around $160). On the first month, the app already covered 4 months ahead.

One of my fav apps! We are constantly targeted by online scammers and lost thousands prior to this app, we then implemented a pretty manual process to vet each credit card order that came through but very time consuming. This app does the vetting process in seconds and or if unsure they will conduct a manual review. The usual vetting takes seconds with a simple "pass or fail" tag and off you go. If for some reason they pass an order and it still gets hit with a chargeback, they credit you back! You need to have the "chargeback protection" plan in order to be covered but its totally worth it as it pays for itself.
