Just installed this--and No Fraud stopped a cc transaction within an hour of installing the app.. I am in the trial period--but must say that this app is one of the best. A must have for any store. I am VERY satisfied with the app. Alot less worry on chargebacks--what a relief! Its been 2 weeks and if this had a ten star rating system, i would give it a 15. This is a must for any business-this app is by far the best and it has picked up all high risk orders that were placed on my store. These guys are a lifesaver!

8/19/17 UPDATE- I had orders prior to installing this app. ALL came back as chargebacks-all were green checked thru shopify as good to go--over $3500 in chargebacks. Shopify only has limited processing for orders--do yourself and your business a HUGE favor and get this app. It is very stressful dealing with these chargeback orders, because this money comes out of your pocket--protect yourself and get this app.

We got our hands held during the free trial, and the NoFraud rep was super knowledgable, giving us insights and relevant info to our business case(s).

As a merchant in a high risk category, we're always on the look out for fraud. Nofraud has taken all the stress out of this, and the speed and response of their app is super fast, and has changed the way we handle fraud on our site for the better!

The service from the guys that run this company are awesome, fast and really understanding. Definitely recommend!

Update 12/2/21: The NoFraud team reached out to me quickly through multiple sources after seeing my post and provided timely follow-up service to ensure my issue was handled. Exceptional customer service is clearly a high priority for this company. I used the Get Support feature for help with our store over a week ago. I have not received a response, and can't find a contact number or direct email address for assistance.

Normally not one to write reviews but absolutely must applaud NoFraud. I switched over from a big name competitor that dropped the ball huge on support. I've had no such issues with NoFraud — their support agents has been super responsive. The sales folks answered my every detailed question — even digging into API documentation. Their onboarding team was top notch. I was up and running super quick! Very happy.

We love this product. Prior to Shopify’s product, we were using one of the bigger players in the market , which was expensive and hard to navigate & use – especially for our customer service agents. What we love about NoFraud so far: -Easy to use and understand
-Great dashboard
-Visibility of a human checking up on a questionable order
-Whitelisting IP addresses for telephone orders
-Support for non credit card orders Recommend!
