This is the second company where I have migrated from another provider to Okendo. Again, the onboarding experience was seamless. They have exceptional customer migration support and service.
I have been working with Margaux Dean and she has been the absolute best! I am so thankful for the consistent help and the availability as well. It is so easy to follow and I enjoy that I get follow up emails when I tend to get busy and forget to reach back out. All around amazing experience.
Josh was really helpful when I used the chat service to ask a quick question about blocking products. He sent me a how to guide and it took me seconds to sort out the issed. Thanks Josh!

Okendo has excellent customer support and the UI for both customers and admin are very clean. It also loads faster than any other review app I tried. There is no delay for the widgets to appear... something I find quite annoying with other apps. 10/10.
Love the integration with Postscript and Klaviyo. Being able to A/B test and use metrics on our own platforms is a huge plus over other alternatives. We're also stoked that through Okendo we discovered Rise.Ai for loyalty!
Okendo has exploded our reviews and also helped us to get great feedback from customers! The customer care team is awesome as well, they have always been available in the chat to help me with any questions I have. We are very happy with this Okendo!
We've had a great experience with Okendo so far. The price is really approachable for a team wanting to get into the review world. The features provided are what would be expected in a good entry level review platform but will satisfy the needs of both small and larger businesses. The team has been incredibly responsive on setting up and migrating reviews and is open to requests for improvements and enhancements. Looking forward to watching Okendo grow over the coming years!

I'm currently on Okendo's Essential plan and liking it everyday since the development phase. It's easy to install and configure, the functionalities and flexibility are more than sufficient for my newly launched online store. There had been 2 teething issues but the Support person Shiela was able to provide workarounds promptly and taken my feedback for future product development. Truly recommend this app!
