Very helpful team! We migrated the review plugin from another platform which cost 3X more but the support team is way less responsive! Great experience with Okendo.
Great app, everything is very professional looking, from the review display to the review request emails sent out to customers. The support team is fantastic : Norma and Scott helped me set up the display per my requirements and answers all my queries. This is definitely a great tool if you're looking for a way to add reviews to your store that looks professional. It for sure adds value to the customer's experience and makes your store stand out.

Working with Okendo has been a breath of fresh air! From our initial meeting with Mor, to our launch with our success manager Margaux, the entire experience with the Okendo team has been wonderful. Margaux took the time to answer our many questions, assist with setting up our email flows and helped customize our widget to perfectly match our brand. The app was easy to implement on our site, the dashboard UX is very user friendly, the support team is quick to respond and the transition from our other provider has been seamless. Okendo is one of the best apps available for reviews. The UI of the app seamlessly integrates with the UI the website. The support team is one of the best to work with :)
I've been using Okendo since 2020. Recently, I wanted to use their Loyalty program, but my current plan went from $119 to $300.
It's unnecessarily expensive. I don't recommend it.
