The business I work for currently uses Omnisend and these folks are AMAZING! Can't express how thankful for the resources and the quality support we continue to receive. I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by SALMA, who was able to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot some minor issues I was coming across when creating automated emails & forms. My questions were kind of not the greatest because I honestly didn't know how to explain my problems at first BUT she was very kind and patient. I look forward to working with these folks if they are in any way providing me with the service Salma had! :)

The best app that we have on our store. I"m so glad that I switched our email provider to omnisend. Being a small business owner is already stressful enough with trying to learn how to use the many different apps on shopify. Anytime I have a technical problem or can't figure something out they respond fast and always help me come up with solution. I appreciate the templates they offer as all I have to do is plug in my info. It literally takes me less than 15 minutes to send an email campaign. We're looking forward to a long term use with this email service provider as we grow our email list.
Just sent my first email marketing campaign. Was pleased with how easy and clean the tool was. Hopefully it continues to work well even after the free trial expires.

Very good app for email marketing
I use this app for all my email marketing. Super easy to import contacts from Mailchimp. I've set up a couple automations, and I just set up my first campaign. I like that it's so easy to add featured products into marketing emails. I've also contacted customer service a couple times, and they have helped me out as well. Superb!
This app makes creating newsletters so easy! Highly recommend it!
Fantastic app - when you sell to customers they give you your email address; why not use it?
Great customer service, too - I switched from Tictail to Shopify a few months after launch and they migrated my email database from Tictail to Shopify, so I could have one comprehensive database of all customer emails.
