The main aspect I love about omnisend is the customer support! I switched to them from Klaviyo and they run circles around them from price to features to service. I'm extremely happy. Each time I want to know something, even if it's just how to keep increasing my clicks and sales, they have been super helpful. They provide articles, and visuals to help me win. My email sales have increased each month just because they have helped me with resources and I try new and different things.

The app is great, but the support is even better. I'm the furthest thing away from a web programmer, and the team helped me integrate a standard Shopify form into the Omnisend app. Over the course of a couple days, my case got handed off from one rep to the next one on deck, and the transition was seamless. I logged on this morning to find perfectly-written code for me to copy and paste into a liquid template.
The Omnisend team is patient, professional, and proactive. They most definitely have their act together.

Quick response to my question. This app is great! I was able to segregate all subscribers by making a list using easy to follow rules. Email Templates were easy to make.
