I was having issue setting up. Nikola was prompt and helped me sort it in no time. Great customer service.
I've been using this on my store for over a year and it's still my favorite email application for Shopify. The price isn't the cheapest but the automation is some of the most straightforward and also attractive looking.
It has plenty of integrations with Shopify and other apps as well. Also, the support was really great the few times I needed it. It's especially great if your like me, someone that has a large mailing list that isn't always active. That makes paying per subscriber a real issue. Luckily it's not like that with Omisend!
Super user friendly and affordable, support was quick an helpful - s/o Karine! Tried sooooo many other apps before this one and they just weren't cutting it for my little one person team. Definitely recommend!
Maria was by far the most efficient Omnisend rep to work with! She sent me detailed instructions on how to resolve an issue that I was having with an attachment. She literally had me up and running within 15 minutes. I am a very happy camper right now because of her.

Switched over from a different email marketing and I am really liking this much better. First of all the support team is killer! To me that is one of the most important things is knowing I can get the help I need. When I need it. Shout out to Vlad for his awesome support!
This Application is Amazing, you can earn sales by a beneficial marketing mail tools & automation, but you need first to analyze your contact database and design the automation to trigger the weak points, and here it is sales going on :-)
also, the support team is very helpful and fast in responding, especially Nikola who is doing a great follow-up with my queries.

I've just switched from MailChimp to Omnisend. Fantastic free trail. So easy to use. I couldn't be happier.
The best email platform I've ever used! Clean, simple interface that makes it easy to succeed and grow your business. Great templates or build your own layout in a completely editable yet easy to use edit panel. Friendly and extremely attentive help center that always respond within minutes with a quick solution to my problem. Cannot recommend enough!
