This app is absolutely amazing! Finally, an email marketing app that is packed with loads of different designs and elements and at the same time, so simple to use! I love it.
Easy to use tool, great customer support. My product-based business has really embraced email marketing, and the ease of using Omnisend is a big part of that. Any time I've had a question, the team is very responsive and provides high-quality support. Olesia helped me with a billing question in record time, and this is consistent with all my interactions with the Omnisend crew.

Just got in contact with their chat facility to ask some questions re setup of my discounts codes etc. Stefan was super helpful and made things much easier for me.
I've just done my first send with Omnisend. It's early days for me to say how good the platform is, but it seems very intuitive. I've faced a number of challenges getting up and running and have found the online chat support to be excellent. I've been in touch with various members of the support team and all have been knowledgable and have taken ownership of problems if they have been unable to resolve them immediately. Olesia and Sila have been particularly helpful.
Changed the plan and increased my tier fee automaticly but without any notification! I have paid more and they refuse to give me the refund!
