Used this app for years and then one day my pop ups, email captures and everything else just disappeared from my site!! In fact, the app had no record of my customer data. Wrote for support but haven't received an answer or my data back! I guess maybe they did an update and forgot about their current customers! If this can get my data back and it is working again, I'd certainly appreciate it. But it's no longer a 4.8 rated app. Any app that just stops working on you and then can't even show you as an existing client, let alone get your working data back you created...isn't worth a rating.

I always get nervous about how fast of a response i'll get, but Nikola was quick and answered my question in no time!
im a newbie to email marketing this was relatively easy. still a big learning curve with the new lingo but this is a great software to start with and easily able to create content.
Kristina from Omnisend helped me with all the issues and was very kind!!based on her I rate Omnisend 5 Stars!! I wish all Apps would have helpful support like Kristina from Omnisend!!!

Excellent software because it is based on usage not contacts. Most of these were all based on contacts and when you dont send out many emails but once or twice a month, it got really pricy. I believe in emails but I also believe that our open rate is high because we dont constantly blast people. Great software because it also plugs into many other platforms like Zapier and specially smile.io.
