I would say that it's a great software which needs very less effort to create newsletter and gives perfect output.
When you have troubles with Mailchimp, this is a great alternative, if not better! I like the interface, nice and streamlined.
Working really well, easy to design and simple. I like it better than others.
So far it is great! Easy to use, navigate and the templates are super helpful! I would recommend this app for email marketing

makeshopからshopifyに引っ越したのですがominisendではメルマガ読者の引継ぎは違反らしくメルマガを出すことができませんでした。
違反によるアカウントの停止を解除するのにメルマガ読者を削除してどのツールでどのように削除したか結果のスクリーンショットを要求されます。
結局1通もメルマガを出すこともなく返金もされませんでした。
残念です。

Sending an email to non-existent contacts, spam traps, or other potential bounces may cause severe harm to our sending servers, and future deliverability of our clients' campaigns. That is why whenever the system catches bad recipients, it automatically pauses the account, and a campaign until the issue is fixed.
Our support team reached out to you, but unfortunately did not get any reply from you. Your account was paused from sending, because too many contacts bounced from the email campaign you sent. In order to fix this, you need to review your contact list, and clean it. You can reach out to support@omnisend.com and our team would be happy to help you with cleaning.

It was easy to make a great looking newsletter with the template provided. I was also able to easily manage my subscriber list and sort recipients.
Use this if you want to connect quickly with customers.

Omnisend is a very efficient and user-friendly app. I would recommend it to any store manager who wants to scale up their Business.
All round best solution - we've used various email marketing software apps over the past few years from Mailchimp to Klayvio to others but the easiest, quickest app to build campaigns, automations and forms is Omnisend - in my opinion, the emails have a better delivery rate which increases sales to which is pretty critical.
Omnisend is the only Email / SMS marketing solution we install on our new stores now.
So far so good. Really like the ease of making a new campaign. Very intuitive. Still learning how to make segments and use them but I feel sure they will open up new opportunities for us. The only hiccup I've found so far is in using a new signup form. My hope was that I could use a sign-up form (for an event) to go directly into a particular segment (those people who will be attending the event) but that doesn't seem to be the case. Doesn't seem to work if the person has already signed up for something previously. I used my own email address to try and the new event signup form just said I was already on the list. When I went to my segments, it didn't show that I had signed up for the event at all. I guess it can't duplicate? I suppose I get why but sure did put a cramp in my main reason for choosing Omnisend (i.e. the signup options). Ah well. I guess I will have to figure out some manual work-around. Too bad too because that would be an incredibly useful function!
Thank you for such detailed feedback, we truly appreciate it! Actually, we think we found a workaround where you can tag the contacts that subscribe using your event form. The tag should also be added for the contacts that are already subscribed! Xenia from support is reaching out to you with a detailed guidelines on how to achieve this :)
