Super smooth setup for my first email campaign. One of the easiest integrations I have experienced with Shopify.
I'm using this app not only to help with my automate emails, and write newsletters, but to also generate more leads. It's very user-friendly and helps you step-by-step along the way. I highly recommend it!
Have been using Omnisend for the last 3 years and the customer service/ support is not good. I have tried to cancel the account since October 25th, and they do not respond to me. Furthermore, we had a success manager who never replies to emails or does a monthly check-in as we have with other platforms. Would not recommend this platform. Run away!

So far Soundest has been a great app to use. It's efficient and user friendly.
I have used this to send out a couple emails by now, and I must say, it is very user friendly and easy to use. The interface for email creation is very diverse and offers us a huge range of options for our email campaigns. There are a few bugs when I try to click some buttons, but thats absolutely not a reason to give this app anything but 5 stars!
For a free platform, this is in the top of my list of Shopify apps that we use here at Clover Brand Outdoor Supply Co.

I'm not one to typically write reviews. However, Omnisend is one of the best email marketing tools I've used to date. I've tried a number of them too. Really simple to use, gives a really neat activity log on what actions people take in my store to see what people are adding to their carts and various other activities, on top of the emails just being in general a great design with little effort. :)
Wow! I am disappointed in myself for waiting so long to send out an e-letter for my business. What I thought would be a daunting task turned out to be fun and with ease. Thanks, Omnisend!
