Very easy to sign up but difficult to cancel. No phone number and oftentimes you wait ridiculously long to have an online chat. I sent 1 email for $150. They were totally unwilling to help me out in any way.

I absolutely love this app. I think its probably the best one I've used so far. The cost should probably be more than what it is because it has so many features that the increase certainly would be worth the money.

Increasing their price repetitively!!!!
Customer service have changed and aren't willing to help.
I also had a lifetime coupon they are not willing to honor and doubled their price.
Klayvio is giving me a much better offer, and I'm going to move there.
I also noticed every major company is working with Klavyio because it's way more
robust than Omnisend.

Easy to use and manage. Importing contacts took a while, but that was the only downfall.

I downloaded the app today and created my first email campaign for my newly launched store. Very impressed! I love that I can select from some very cool themes and integrate products with a blog post and other content. Hope this translates into some sales!

Tut genau was es soll und das sehr verständlich. Der Support ist sehr gut erreichbar wenn Fragen auftauchen (Danke an Karine). Bisher kann ich Omnisend zu 100% empfehlen.
