I have no experience with email marketing. Being of a younger generation, ecommerce, social media marketing, etc., are right up my alley, but emails are not. This app made email marketing extremely easy, straight forward, and easily customizable. I was AMAZED by the capabilities they offered for the free version. So much so, I purchased the basic monthly package before I even sent out my first campaign! Amazing application, everybody could get use from this.

So far, excellent. I'm not particularly techie, especially when it comes to email campaigns but I am managing to get set up. The platform is full of useful features and the customer service is second to none. Shout out to Agustin, who willingly helped me through an issue that had most likely been caused by me in the first place. Looking forward to getting more granular with a personalised approach which Ominsend is clearly capable of. Thank you, Agustin and the team.

Importantly the instructions given were easy for me to understand too - after spending so much time researching various campaign platforms - now I am thinking, why would you not choose Omnisend

This is got to be probably the world's most limited CRM software I have ever seen.

First, they do not have embedded forms, only pop ups and landing pages.

Second, you need to use an app called privy to create an embedded form.

Third, privy sends your contacts to a list, BUT SINCE THEY DECIDED TO FREAKING REMOVE " LISTS" , YOU CANNOT EVEN CREATE A CUSTOM LIST ANYMORE FOR YOUR CONTACTS!

4TH, they charge exactly like klaviyo for what? what functionality do you guys have that klaviyo does not have?

To summarize, they have a good interface design, and THAT IS ALL.
I wish I had never made the move from klaviyo to here, its worth sucking up the horrible design interface on klaviyo but at least enjoy all the functionality they have.
The limits on this app are embarrassing.
