Very easy to use interface and no issues with setup. Can get all the basics you need with the free plan. Very clean and well done app!
Omnisend was my first choice as an email marketing app and so far it is going good. one thing I want to highlight is the support team is great. This is my first time with Shopify and using apps so I am way out of my league with knowing how to work certain things but Omnisend's support agents are super kind, patient and have been more than helpful when I have a question or an issue. Baarath and Kayque specifically have both been wonderful and great to work with and I hope you get to experience how helpful they are when you use this app too :)

This is the perfect Email marketing app that every Store should use. It's really easy to setup. I got tired of using the rest as they were so technical. But this, its more of drag, drop and click. Really love it's wide variety of options such as SMS sending which you can use when you have a very big and successful brand. Thank you Omnisend
It was really good and easy to use. The only problem is the sending time it use, it send so slow and should be faster.
Very clean, modern and professional design layout. No code knowledge needed to install. Pop up discount box option for your store. Track who opens sent e mails, unsubscribed, purchased an item etc. Schedule future e mails. Add video in e mail option and add products direct from your website to the e mail with the click of a button. So much more and its all free with even more options when you upgrade to premium!
Do not get this app. I am deleting this app after spending $60 on it for 1 month.
The free trial is worth it but not the $60 recurring charge per month. I basically wasted $60 on this because I barely got any results out of it. It is a very high expense especially for small businesses. For the hefty price of a whopping $60, the app barely has any ROI and you don't really get much back for the money you are putting in to use this app. Also, it shouldn't cost $60 just to do email marketing and just to collect email addresses. There are other apps that are much cheaper than soundest that can pretty much do the same thing. I have sent tens of thousands of emails to customers about mega sales only to be disappointed.
I had problems integrating it to my store and it was resolved by the support team in seconds. Best. Support. Ever.
Incredible email marketing tool for SMEs, all the necessary features and amazing UX. Big shout out to Matija from customer support for his reactivity and helpfulness. Definitely recommend :)
