Works well so far! Everything is working fine for me. Later on I realized I didn't have to code. So far so good!
Awesome app to do email marketing. Very easy to use and has a lot of options.

Initial customer support was slow, and they passed me through a couple different people who didn't seem to know how to solve my problem, which was frustrating. Thankfully though, they put me in touch with Luiz, one of their tech support crew, who sat with me for an hour and helped me figure out the problem with my newsletter form. Give them a try!

So far so good, the set up has been much easier compared to other email marketing platforms Ive used. The support is also great so just go for it!

Unfortunately terrible customer service. Have contacted them 5 times via email and chat with no reply. We build stores for a range of clients and need support across all of our clients email accounts. DO NOT USE - Klaviyo support is a million times more helpful. Although Klaviyo may be missing a few features we wanted for our clients, support is essential for any business and Omnisend has zero.
