Pretty easy to use, and the themes are nice.
Especially those pop up sign up form, the main reason I switch to Omnisend from Mailchimp.... Wish they will keep improving.

This app is fairly easy to use and has a number of standard templates that you can just work with. However the colour scheme and the font may not be the best but does the job for retargeting.
I used this app to do email marketing. it was sort of easy to do. I hope it brings the results needed. it seems to be a good app.
I had an issue with the billing : i have added some subscribers (4500) to test the tool for a campaign and then i didn't deleted it. I was charged 60 usd / month for 3 months before realizing i didn't used the service i was paying for. The customer service helped me delete the old subscribers (that i no longer needed) and refunded me for the 3 months overpaid. The app is good for marketing automation.
It was original 2000 emails every day and around 15000 emails per month for free plan I subscribed and now changed to 500 emails per month. Really not appreciated.

Indeed, our Free plan has been updated recently. Omnisend clients may now use all email marketing capabilities for free, including email automations, forms, push notifications, pop-ups, wheel of fortune forms, and more. Monthly, you can now send up to 500 emails and 60 international SMS to 250 contacts. This change ensures that Free clients get the most out of Omnisend without having to pay extra for SMS or emails.
Like it so far, just wish the lowest paid plan was a little cheaper. Trying to keep overhead costs as low as possible. It's a lot easier to use than mail chimp.
I would definitely recommend this application. It's very simple to use. The themes are professional looking and there are several different options. I haven't upgraded to the paid version yet but the free version is all I need at the moment. I am very satisfied with the outcome.
