Great app. Well developed, it seems like it is going to help my store.
Just changed from MailChimp to Omnisend .For now, I really love it !
The plate form is super easy to understand & use .This is a amazing !I don't like complex app that take a long time to get used to it.You will know step by step what has to be done. the support is super fast and helpful.will continue to use Omnisend .

The app is OK quite difficult to use in the beginning if you don't no what your doing eventually get the hang of it but what I found incredibly disappointing was the service!!! I accidentally signed up to sms and wasn't aware it was a monthly thing I don't even use sms I literally needed it for one sms!!! I only use this service for emailing customers Long story short I was charged nearly $60 for one month just for the usual bill and sms when I contacted almost instantly explaining I'd made a mistake and wasn't even aware that it was a subscription I was basically told too bad we don't do refunds and they were more than happy for me to cancel my account and that was the answer for me so I'm currently looking for another company to work with because considering it's a first time mistake it's pretty disappointing. So make sure you don't make any mistakes with payments because you won't see that money again!

Please note, your regular subscription was never canceled. Since you tried our SMS service, additionally to the regular subscription, you had an SMS subscription live. So we stopped SMS charges to make sure you continue with email services only. More, we added the remaining SMS credits as credit towards your regular subscription.

Soundest is a great app that supports the basic email drip campaigns every ecommerce store needs. I would recommend it for small business owners who want an affordable email marketing solution. The drip campaigns are easy to set up, although the reason my rating is only 4 stars is because soundest lacks the option to customize in some areas (e.g. I want to change the times abandoned cart emails are sent, which cannot be done). Everything else is great. Easy to use, fair pricing, great support.
I take great pride in firing this BS company because they do not care about their customers enough to offer telephone support for basic account setup issues such as Custom Domain Setup. Instead, they push you off on your DNS provider, which is sleazy. Shame on you, Omnisend! Shopify is no better. Their chat agents need to be better trained in such matters.

We are sorry you have faced some difficulties with the Domain sign option. As we can see, you already had your custom domain signed with another app you used previously, and this app also used the same provider as Omnisend; hence this domain was already present in the system. It is impossible to add domain to your Omnisend account since it currently exists on a different account within Mailgun system. Therefore additional verification was needed.
The issue was resolved, and you added the domain to your account.

well...Omnisend app is okay, it actually has some useful features, but the customer service is horrible, I think they are using automated replies instead having a real person answering to my emails. I sent two emails and I was getting the same generic answer with some screen shots on how to fix the issue. I expected more from them because this app is not cheap. And is not free as they claimed it to be. So I am giving this app 1 star because of bad customer service. *Updated on 9/29/2020 We were told to clean our email list and we did. Yesterday we spent hrs creating a really nice email campaign to send to our customers. The campaign was stopped by Omnisend and our account was suspended again. This app was a waste of time and money for us. And now we finally had enough and deleting our account. :(

The sending of campaigns was temporarily paused since the system detected some inactive emails on your list. Nothing to worry about, approx 30% of emails go bad in just one year, so regular list cleaning is a must to maintain good sender reputation among the inbox providers. Please clean your contact list with one of the list cleaning service providers, and we will reactivate the campaign sending right away! Follow this article for detailed guidance:

By the way, only campaign sending was paused; your automation workflows are still up and running.
My first experience with the support team has been great. Vlad was really helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to investigate my issues properly and to come back to with clear explanations. He also asked for a follow up each time to make sure I was happy. The only comment I have is that answers are quite slow despite the fact that it's a live chat, so you have to be available to keep up with the conversation.
Great app and easy to use without complicate. Good job from the developer team. This is one of the best for my app in shopify.
