I used this app for the 1st time today. Easy, smooth and efficient so far. A little addictive because so easy...my customers are going to receive a lot of Newsletters Lol...

Just sent our first email campaign, so far so good. The design interface is easy to use, you just need to be careful with image sizes, as it doesn't care for images that are too large. We thought it created an attractive email in a very short amount of time.

I like this app because it is easy to create an email marketing campaign. You can also get a fast customer service response using the chat option if you are having any issues.

This has been awesome from day one. Very powerful but also a really nice, clean interface and great styling for emails etc. I'm a very happy customer!

Today, I just added a 'Out of Stock' automation and honestly can barely believe how quick and easy it was to do. Amazing. Been with these guys for a few years now and am constantly impressed by the product. Highly, highly recommended.

UPDATE: Sometimes we mess things up. That's what I did yesterday. For me, the measure of a good company is how willing they are to try to help you fix things. Omnisend customer support (Stefan in particular) have blown me away. Responsive and super helpful, issue resolved in no time.

The thing is, Omnisend is so good that I haven't needed customer service much in the past. It's good to know that if I do, they've got my back.
