Great prompt, helpful and meaningful service. I just had a chat with Jenifer Logbase who kindly helped me to update my settings to achieve requested outcome, gave some good advise on top of that and was really patient. As we went, I have identified another unrelated issue and she has pointed me to the solution straight away.
