Really easy to use BUT please include a field for order date! If I dont print it on the day I get it - there is no field for the order date. Really frustrating to have to look up each order to find the date ordered as I do pre-orders.
Simple install, easy editing, will update again with more information when we've worked with the app for a few weeks.
It is very easy to use and does what you need it for but what it doesn't do is SENDING for example every new invoice via e-mail to a computer!! this is really missing ...
Simple and easy to use. Good for generating invoices and packing slips.
This app has several drawbacks. 1. It lists the customer information at the bottom rather than at the top of the order. 2. It doesn't right justify the item cost. 3. It doesn't show the actual cost if more than one item is ordered.
4. It doesn't show the price before the discount.
5. It doesn't show an automatic discount at all.
6. It doesn't work with Draft orders. Some of these issues can be changed by editing, but why isn't this designed to write a clear customer invoice?

Not super happy with app. When trying to print orders in bulk it skips a bunch so you need to back and print the ones it misses. Good app in theory but it would be nice if it actually worked properly.

Our developers are aware of an issue resulting in skipped orders during bulk printing and are still working on a fix for this. Tried logging out and clearing cache as mentioned below, didn't work. In the end I just deleted the app and the reinstalled it. This seems to have fixed the problem
Great product, no need to purchase an additional Haddon. Does exactly what it says it will do.
The overall look is nice and I like how you can edit the code. The downside is that it does a terrible job if you have a partial refund to the customer.
I had the wrong shipping settings and a customer was over charged for shipping. I saw right away and applied a refund. Easy right? Well when I went to print the invoice, It shows the the partial refund at the top but then shows the shipping cost to be the incorrect amount and shows that the customer still owes the amount that I refunded. I had to hand write the correct adjustments on the invoice.
So basically, it still needs work.

JAN 2019 Update
Doesn't really work anymore. We keep getting error codes that show up on the packing slip when we print it. It's pretty unacceptable and makes us look unprofessional
