I got this app for easy customer reordering. It is working well, but one thing I would change about this app is the 'Reorder' button on the account page. Rather than adding the items to your cart and bringing you directly to the cart page, I would prefer it opened up a popup that showed what items were in the order, then having an 'add to cart' button in the popup screen. This would help the customers remember what exactly they ordered without having to go to another page.
Seems easy to use and love anything that makes the customer experience better
We use this app to make it easier for our customers to edit, cancel, or re-create orders. The installation is quite easy and fast, it was great. We hope that this application will become more complete and be trusted by many websites. Thank you so much!

So far so good! Installed just moments ago... all configured (thanks to the easy to follow instructions) and new features are working great!
WONT LET ME LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING. I was hoping this would be a solution for my customers to be able to edit the invoices we send to them, allowing them to add more products from our store. But this is only to allow customers to edit AFTER they have placed an order. Why would you ever want to give a customer the option to cancel their order without providing a reason why? This seems counterintuitive to running a business.
I am very excited about using this app to improve my overall customer experience and engage more effectively with my customers. Thank You for providing this rich functionality. It is working well so far with my side and I like the UI very much.
