I reached out to PayWhirl for assistance to set up. Their response time was immediate, and the tech support I got (from Ryan) was amazing. I typically do not write reviews, but I wanted to share how much I appreciated their support and professionalism.
Took a little while to set up because of time difference and my inability to work with code. But the customer service has been absolutely top notch from the very beginning. Almost feels like a crime being able to use this feature for free (for now of course).

Just started using this app and I'm in love with the customer service. It's really exceptional. "PayWhirl" is a small team and they are working around the clock to accommodate customers' needs. Asked them to make some custom changes, and they did it very quickly, answered all the questions, and made sure that I'm happy with how everything works. It's a very responsive team, so even IF you may experience some issues you can rest assured that you won't be left on your own.
Just got it set up. It was quite straightforward and the support team was very responsive and helpful. Got the first product subscription plan set up in less than 15 minutes. Good stuff!
I used this app to help our store get started with subscriptions. I've tried to set up with Bold and ReCharge before, but they weren't easily compatible because they weren't friendly with our Webkul Multi-vendor app. PayWhirl was very simple to get started with; I reached out to their support chat once I got stuck with the code for my shopping cart, and Ryan did an excellent job helping me get set up completely. He responded to my inquiry very quickly, he worked through several obstacles efficiently, he kept me informed on what he was doing the whole time, and he even offered good suggestions on our subscription plan titles. He exceeded my expectations of customer support, and he is the reason I am able to run subscriptions on my website now. Their awesome support team is the reason I can get set up with PayWhirl, where I couldn't with Bold or ReCharge. I definitely recommend setting up with this newer recurring subscriptions app.
Just installed PayWhirl - reasonably simple - did encounter some installation problems, although I'm not tech savvy. Ryan from customer service was excellent - very responsive + was able to walk me through the process + explain to me in layman's terms. I wanted to add a monthly subscription option to my website and after a few app installations and not much luck, I decided to try this one. Was very easy (compared to others) to achieve what I wanted but I had a few questions. Ryan was a HUGE help and took care of setup for me as I couldn't get the subscription plan to work properly.
