Poor communication never worked after I subscribed stay away ... worse review company and definitely do not recommend
Hi - Sorry about your not ideal expierience. We have asked the you to contact our support team via the handy live chat button inside the app, where we are ready to reply usually in 5min, 7 days a week, but you haven't contacted us.
Using the live chat will always ensure quick support service vs email which is not so frequently monitored.
Good news is that are working on integrating the email and chat channel together. We are always working to improve the experience for all our users :)

J'ai utilisé cette application pour mettre des avis sur mes produits et cela est très bien mais le gros problème est lorsqu'on met des nouveaux produits en ligne et on ne les voit pas dans l'application pour mettre des avis et je suis obligée à chaque fois de demander à un conseiller de faire une synchronisation afin d'avoir les nouveaux produits.

I'm happy with this app because not only does it update the appearance of my comments with a modern look, I can also use the comments I've gotten for my products on other websites. Getting my Amazon reviews over was very easy. And I've already gotten a number of great reviews directly for my web store by using their email reminder + coupon.
