Taylor was awesome! When something goes wrong, you need help ASAP! She was there when I needed her to fix my issue within seconds. UPDATE, Taylor helped me again figure out my questions fast :)

This app has been a really great tool for keeping our customers informed for upcoming shop releases - which is extremely important because sometimes our stock is limited and we have to have our customers at the ready so they don't miss out. The customer service has also been amazing, everyone has been very helpful if we've stumbled upon a problem. Would definitely recommend!
So far this app is working super well, had a minor issue with the code being applied to specific collections but instantly was able to get someone on chat who helped me and fixed everything for me! would recommend
Postscript is heads-and-shoulders above the competition. The best SMS app overall. Clean interface, quick revenue, easy integrations and GREAT customer service. Have never had to wait for answers to any of my questions. Highly recommend.
