I hate to give a bad review but I'm incredibly disappointed in their communication during covid-19. They could have easily sent email updates to let everyone know what's going on so we can communicate with our customers.

Instead, they just continue to extend the processing time with no notice at all, leaving you to figure it out on your own. My items have all been queue for over 30 days, which is past their current estimated processing time.

Covid aside, their quality is good 80% of the time. 2 out of 10 items come back with a bad print but you can have them fix it for free.

We definitely understand that these delays are not pleasant and we are working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

Terrific. I love the fact that you can edit a product in the generator after it is created. This is far better than any other apparel mockup generator that I have use.

I used to love this app until I had a small problem a customer order a shirt and not receive anything even now they still haven't receive nothing and they had order back in July, I had to go out my way and find somebody to print a shirt and ship it myself. My problem is that in the middle of it all I could not reach nobody that could help me I have not gotten a email back I miss the old days where I can just call and the problem is solve in seconds well its been a fun while it last.

This app does its job properly. Changes at Printful are pushed to Shopify nicely and the integration of the two sites feels very smooth. My only complaint is that products that are not meant to be fulfilled by Printful show as 'unsynced' on every order, but that is a small annoyance when everything else works well.

Regarding unsynced items, if there are any products in your storefront which aren't fulfilled by Printful, they will show up in Printful. However, you can set them to "ignored" in Printful app -> Products -> Not synced -> bulk edit -> Ignore. This way if this product is ordered in your storefront, the order won't import into Printful or if it is part of an order which contains also a Printful fulfilled item, the product will still be automatically ignored and won't hold up the order.

Such a pain, the fulfillment process takes a while. They are real "Hold" happy, they place orders on hold and you have to do like many steps to get it released. Not too happy with the customer service either as they are not as helpful as they should be see how my business directly brings business to them. If there is a clothing app alternative someone please let me know. constant frustration with them and their lack of assistance.

Had to change my review from 5 stars to 3. I have been using Printful for 2 months now and my biggest problems is a number of products that are consistently out of stock and the number of items that are discontinued. At one point I had over 300 items out of stock and currently have 363 discontinued items. If it continues like this moving forward I will be willing to try another print on demand service.

Hard to sell items if you never have them in stock.

I Love Printful and their app is easy to use, I just wish that you could make different design variants per product, considering colour interferences.
