It’s cool for beginners …: I came into this completely green and I’ve been able to figure my way through a complete new line .
This app is simply amazing, and I like how they offer different options that you would like things to be printed on .
I don't understand how we do not have stock all the time for products - every time we create something with stock you have - before even selling it - you are out or discontinued.....this does not help a growing business succeed.

If a product is showing up as out of stock, it could be due to various reasons - settings in Shopify (inventory tracking), settings in Printful (selling region), or that the products are actually not available at the moment.

Great app.....Very convenient for start up companies that don't want to invest in inventory upfront.
Takes way too long to ship, and all the products cost way too much, so I'm forced to charge a lot to my customers. I also really wished there were more items, especially bottoms like sweatpants and joggers (they already have leggings so I don't see why they couldn't do that).
So far this app has worked seamlessly with Shopify, the integration is automated and very accurate. All very simple to follow or edit. I am very happy with it.
Works fine but the shipping is horrible. Every order is stuck in Riga for serveral days without any information... Update on the answer: This has absolutely nothing to do with holiday season since we had the same issue for every order since September. Always delayed and took more than 10 days. Every time the package is stuck in Riga..

Currently, we are seeing longer delivery times globally due to the holiday season and higher online order volume. Please note that the tracking links take longer than usual to update. The overload of shipments in distribution centers means carriers are slower to register and ship your orders. I tried to use this app. 2+ months to produce products, when they "felt" like fulfilling an order. Slow customer service reply's. I had several orders, after a month of waiting on fulfillment, Get a notification that they declined to fulfill my order.

We're sorry to see that your experience with us has not been great, but hope we can improve it moving forward.
Unfortunately, the global pandemic also hit CA and NC, which is where we have three of our fulfillment locations.
The local governments subsequently issued guidelines and regulations, which made us limit our production at these facilities and distribute incoming orders to our other (MX and EU) facilities, as well as look for backup facility options.
We informed our customers of expected fulfillment delays via email and the Printful Dashboard, along with redirects to our Covid-19 page: https://www.printful.com/covid-19
We tried our best to ensure that all of our customer orders still get fulfilled in a timely fashion and that every issue that's presented to us is quickly assessed and met with a solution, keeping the health of our employees, as well as our customer businesses in mind.
As of now, our fulfillment times have improved significantly and we have already reached our pre-Covid-19 fulfillment estimates in most of the product categories we offer.
However, delivery delays can still be expected and, after checking in with your Printful Dashboard, we noted that your last order was declined due to carrier restrictions - this means that we would be unable to ship the order out to the listed destination.
In most cases this is due to the destination country not accepting international mail at the time the order is placed.
