I think this app is absolutely amazing!!!
Makes my store so easy to set up! I have enjoyed using this app and creating a variety of products with my own designs!
I opened my shop not long ago and I ordered some t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt samples to see the quality of the design and fabrics. Concerning the quality of the fabrics, there is nothing to say. However, as far as printing is concerned, I'm really disappointed. I don't know if it's the DPI that's causing the problem.

I just had my first order go through Printful and fulfillment was declined. I have no idea why and there is no real customer support. Because the order was placed thru Facebook, I can't cancel that portion of the order and Facebook will not complete payment. it is a real cluster and there is no "help guide" that deals with my specific issue. I sent two emails, and requested support thru Shopify, but there is no way of even knowing if your email was received because they don't even acknowledge receipt! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

To ensure that the orders can import to Printful after the new update, please ensure that you've enabled to track quantity and set that inventory is managed by Printful. We see that you're in direct contact with our support team and we hope that the issue is resolved soon!
Printful contacted me regarding this issue below and said they are aware of the problem and hope to have it resolved soon.
Printful is a t-shirt printing company but when you want to create a front / back you can create the front no problem but when you do a front, back the back does not show in shopify. I spoke to someone about this and he said I have to drag a photo of it there. but that is nuts, i need to see the actual tee created in Shopify to be sure the tee looks correct and that it is actually in shopify. Why would you want me to assume it is.
On a good note, finally they have increased the customer support team and someone actually answers the phone.
i like the app! i really would recommend this. i was debating whether to use printful or other rival POD app (i won't mention the name but you know), but in the end i chose printful, because printful have their own in house process, as for other rival POD app, they outsource their stuffs. even though other rival POD app's stuffs are cheaper but i watched bad reviews of their tees on youtube so...
although id'd wish i can edit more products in one go. for example, when i upload a design, i can put the design on tshirt, backpack other products too, instead of just one product.. if it makes sense? but i guess it would slow down the the mockup generator? idk, but hey, a person can wish right?
it would also be more helpful if printful add the option to just crop the design that are outside the print area, as it would help me design the clothes faster! i know printful already gave size guides for the designs but still, i'd love it if i just can crop out the designs that went outside the print area...

As for cropping images, which are outside the safe print area - this will be done automatically by our printers. We do suggest keeping all important design elements within the safe print area, so that they would not get cut off.
Another thing to keep in mind is that small placement discrepancies can occur due to the nature of the fulfillment process and products being set in the printer by human hand.

Useful app, shows you what you need on a daily basis. I wish you could do a little bit more overall but all in all its a nice app.
Greedy people with overpriced products and decent service. I don't recommend you guys to use this platform all you gonna get is few pennies of profit and everything goes to Printful.

We could not be happier with the seamless flow between Printful and Shopify store font . This is out first time at creating an online store and as a beginner it could not be easier.
