These prices allow us to ensure and constantly improve a variety of our services, product development, offer technical and customer support, as well as other services.

You know how when things seem too good to be true? Welcome to Printful. Regularly expect your customers to receive misprinted items, poor print quality (not centered, poor color matching, random smeared ink), and even garments with either holes in them or tearing after 1 wash. It is embarrassing on a level that is forcing me to move away from drop shipping. If you value the face of your business- don't go this route. Invest the money to get your products made up front from a quality manufacturer and do everything yourself. By doing it that way not only can you put eyes on your products before your customers receive it, but it is also more profitable- it's just more time consuming. Trusting these people is poor business, and I guarantee you'll remember reading this if you go with them.

We're also sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been positive thus far, but hope that we can improve it moving forward.
We pride ourselves in the high quality products and prints we offer, which is why we are truly saddened to hear that you have experienced several quality concerns with your orders.
The issues you mentioned with print quality should not have passed our quality check.
Since all steps of the fulfillment process are done by human hand, mishaps can sometimes occur, although we do understand that is is not an excuse for sending our products with visible quality concerns.
This is why we also offer to easily submit problem reports on your orders, in case you have encountered an issue with the order, so we could assist you as fast as possible.

Our products should also not develop holes after the first wash, that is certainly not to be expected.
We'll follow up with your last problem report for some additional details and hope that we can assist you with these concerns!

I use this app for my Shopify store KonaClothingCo.com for t-shirts, bags, and hats. It is very user friendly. It is easy to add products to the store and modify them. The mock up feature is great as well. So far so good!

Love the app. Makes designing and creating more fun without worrying about a large inventory. I love it!!! the products sync to my store smooth and easy. And it dont take long to do. Just a few short mins.

We enjoy the variety of products and they print so vividly! Orders are coming in faster than expected. We also love that they offer Plus-size Women's leggings. We're hoping that they will add in Plus-size Women's Shirts, pants, hoodies, and other products going up to 5x or 6x like their aop leggings! We would love to see that vs just the unisex options. (keep those too though!).

Really easy to use and set up, set my store up really quickly. I like that the product images are high quality, that being said I didn't enjoy the fact that designing a hat with a design on the front only imports front images of the hat when realistically, the customer would want to see the hat from more angles regardless of whether the hat had a design on the back.

I have placed a sample order on May 26th and still is NOT FULFILLED, how can you do business with a fulfillment center which hasn't fulfill the sample order for more than 10 DAYS? I believe when you get too big you can not handle the orders anymore!

Due to the situation with Covid-19, our fulfillment timeframes have increased and delays are expected for the time being. We recommend referring to our Covid-19 updates page for the latest information on the current estimated fulfillment times for each product category: https://www.printful.com/covid-19.
We are also experiencing a higher order volume than usual during this time of year, but we hope to catch up with order fulfillment and return to our normal production times very soon!

They make it sound so easy, but.....Out of 53 orders, 38 were lost in transit, damaged print, or wrong size as displayed. On top of that, the customer support is...not even there. They may, or may not respond to emails in days, or weeks. Don't bother calling, it goes to an automated message saying to call back. Provided someone responds via chat, or eventually email, it is a different person each time, with the same outcome...have you checked with the customer about the correct address?

Unless you're in the business of damage control, don't use them!
