READ THIS WELL... I have printed 4/5 t-shirts using some of the most expensive one on the catalogue to check the quality of the product and printing - as suggested. After receiving the articles I noticed immediately large necks, no size-labels ...AND THE SAME EXSACT CHIP PRINT PROBLEM REPLICATED ON EVERY LOGOS OF MINE ... NOW READ THIS AGAIN.... THEY WILL NOT ADMIT ANY DOING WRONG... CONSEQUNTLY YOU WILL NEED TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMER'S FRUSTRATION. When I pointed the fact that the logos were screwed, someone replayed to me this exact statement: "the job was delivered as expected." So If you decide to use this service after reading this message, you'll deserve any trouble that may come at you !

The thickness of the fabric, as well as its blend, can affect the way a print appears on the garment, you can see more on this here: https://www.printful.com/important-facts-about-tshirt-printing
According to the submitted graphics for this order, our fulfillment teams confirmed that we would not be able to provide better results for this print file and a reshipment would look exactly the same. We would recommend adjusting your print file for a better outcome moving forward. We also recommend checking product reviews to see if the garment is something you're looking to add to your store. I am currently ordering samples to determine the quality of these printed products. I do like the quality I have seen thus far, however I am not impressed with the number of times the sample orders I have placed have been out of stock. 1 of the items was out of stock for an indefinite period of time so in response, they cancelled my order (which I was not aware of). Since you only get a limit of 6 items at a sample price per month, I carefully selected which products would make up those 6. As a result of it being out of stock post purchase, I only was able to purchase 5 at the sample price and was told to purchase it again the following month which would take up 1 of the 6 I am allocated for the following month. Additionally, I was also only refunded for the product and not the extra shipping I paid for this product. I am very disappointed by the level of customer support I have received when I addressed these issues through their chat function.

As we source our fabric from various suppliers around the world, we can't always account for the shipment delays they could encounter and this was certainly not something you should expect to happen on a frequent basis.

For a person who has never done anything like pod I love how easy it is to navigate your site!! Wish you were a bit cheaper when it comes to charging me to get my product made for my customers. Over all I like the selection

There have been a couple of products that our customers received that were cut off, however, we are doing the best we can at our new e-commerce business and Printful has been a huge part of it for us. We are thankful for the service that Printful has provided us. We like to think that the people at Printful put as much time and effort into making great products as we have designing the products that we sell. Although we haven't heard personally from the Printful team, we appreciate the time they take to create our products for us. It is a bit pricey as far as making a profit goes, which is something I'd consider looking into before using the app. But over-all our experience so far has been good. Thanks to the Printful team! Keep it up!

Wenn ein produkt ausverkauft ist merk man das erst im Shop und hat die ganze arbeit bereits gemacht sehr nervig. Die App funktionier nicht mal befridigend manchmal. man tut den design drauf drückt auf weiter aber weiter geht es nicht. Ich habe ein M1 mac book pro und deswegen sicher nicht an meinem rechner liegen sehr nervig weil auch manchmal das laden viel zu lange dauert!
