Customer support chat is great, Aman helped me so much to have my customizations up and running!

The page app disappeared in my shopify store, although the app is installed (I´m on the Premium plan).
I can´t reach any client support via email. All of my customized products have their prices changed so now they cost thousands of euro.
Please I need help asap
