I Had super high hopes for this app but upon installing their "One click install" option, it glitched. my storefront on would sync half of the products. I put in a ticket and am now at the end of my trial and STILL have NO RESOLUTION. I've followed up multiple times and all I keep getting is we'll update the ticket and have someone get back to you... in the meantime, I have an app that I'm testing and it isn't working correctly which is costing me sales. I can see the potential in the app but the customer service does not make it worth it. if you are going through a sale and the app glitches, don't expect speedy resolutions.

Suddenly just stopped working altogether. I'm trying to run promotions and the app just keeps loading at the start/stop promotion. Hopefully this gets fixed as it was once a trouble-free app.

This app is very cool, and worth the price. Had it up and running within an hour. The videos the developers include are super helpful in making it work with your specific theme, and the ability to set up a timed sale quickly and professionally is pretty amazing. We did have some downtime as well on Black Friday, but Bold Apps got it back up and running pretty quickly. That is the only reason we give four stars instead of five, but overall, we are very happy we installed this app, and will continue to purchase apps from Bold.

I used this app in the past and it worked great, I just re installed and when trying to access help pages I keep encountering 404 pages. I thought this would be as simple as before... Hopefully I will get some help

the app is very slow und buggy. It´s not possible to work with if you a have over 100 Products. Some times a discount works sometimes don't. So I have to deactivate the discount and activate it again. And then its very slow, so i loose so much time!

Aweful customer service...stuck for now 3 days with no help. Already paid for the install and sent multiple messages but no one cares to even respond. I had marketing campaign planned but can't even run the promotions have to push everything back. I would not suggest this app purely based on poor customer service.
