Three star rating is because the app actually did not work as well as I would have hoped on my free Shopify store. However, the customer service is a 5 star rating. Very quick to respond and very easy to communicate with them.
The support team helped me when I need. I really appreciate Helen and David for their help. The application is good but if you have a lot of products it takes some time to update, and sometimes you should refresh manually.

I have used a couple of filter and search apps with Shopify and this is by far the best. It's really intuitive and you can do everything you want to, in any way you can think of.
Also the support is amazing, I had a usability problem (my fault), so I emailed them and they fixed it immediately.
