This app works very well so far on Web and Mobile app. Very useful to redirect traffic to the right place. Avoids customer's requests where they can find what. Allows to direct customers where they can find something instead of hitting the empty results page. The support team fixed minor bugs in a short period of time without any involvement on our part.

I had some issues to make it work with Venture Theme but they make it work within 24h.
It could be greater if there were more possibilities to play with "and" and "or" requests but overall it's a great app and my shopify couldn't live without it
