This app is great if you have many variants. The only drawback is that there is a noticeable delay when the page loads. The team is always available over Skype to assist and to customize - no waiting for days for an answer. They are quick, friendly and helpful.

Cant be used on Shopify mobile app, because this app isnt responsive. Products have been syncing over a week now and because of that cant use the options at all. Already contacted customer service about a week ago.

The app is not intuitive and is difficult to use. Support was very difficult to deal with and documentation is sorely lacking. After 10 hours of trying to get it all set up, I had to remove it and go with another app that I had set up in less than a couple of hours. Save yourself the trouble and pass this app by.

Different kind of Review: This app was actually not the right one for us. I have to give HASAN a high five for his honesty and his help. He was the one to figure out it wasn't what we were looking for and he was honest to tell us this. I highly recommend working with him.

Seeing how the team has been unresponsive for 2 DAYS with my urgent enquiry (problem which has caused customer complaints during 11.11 promo period), I have to write this here to warn anyone who needs to use this and needs discount code usage at checkout. Hulk product option app is creating a line item in draft order when a customer orders with an add-on option that requires TOP-up in money on TOP of original product price. For example in my case, it was name personalisation add-on function by Hulk Product Option app. This causes discount code field to not appear and cannot be applied at checkout page, though at cart page it seems ok. Customers have complained that discount code is not applied , creating frustrations at checkout. If Hulk team remains silent, then there is no choice but this app can’t be used for an ecommerce store that requires discount codes, which is actually a BASIC feature that is needed. We may have to seek alternatives.

Initially the experience with them was great when I first on-boarded . They responded quickly and advised how to use to get it setup. Unfortunately in times of problems like this, they have gone silent

I used this app to replace another variant options app which was affecting my checkout process and the discount code box. So far, I have found this app easy to install, the options show up correctly on my product page, in the cart AND in the checkout. Also, love the discount box in the cart. I am on the free plan for now, but if this consistently works well, it is worth the upgrade to the pro plan.

Great app - and very helpful support team. The setting up was fairly straightforward using their installation guide. I've only used it so far for adding a custom option to a few of my products, but it was easy enough... and free!

Great app with lots of options to customize it. The only "problem" I had was that the automatic installation didn't work with one of the free Shopify 2.0 themes. But since the support team of HulkApps did the integration for me in a very short amount of time this has not really been an issue for me. I do hope though that for the basic free themes the automatic installer will be fixed as that will probably make it easier for people to integrate this app.

I originally had a different app I was using for my customers to customize their orders. Someone suggested this app and I decided to give it a try. I'm still in my trial window of the app but I already love it compared to the previous app I was using. It was so much easier to add options for my items using this app versus the other apps. The one issue I had was getting my options to show up under my items. I reached out to the team via chat (it was almost 1 am in my time zone) and I was surprised with the quick response. Khushbu was very helpful and helped me get issued resolved rather quickly. I am so happy to know that I can reach out and get help when needed. If you are on the fence, give it a try!

Complete waste of time. Developers said they were having problems installing it on our store and then went silent. Poor customer service.
