Wonderful help/tutorials that are listed logically to follow implementation progress. We are using both the options and Image Customizer. Both are intuitive and easy to use. Amazing that we can now show custom images of our modbox wall mounted mailbox with any of thirteen different colors for the housing, door, handle, and letter tray for such a low cost each month! Previously we could only offer "custom" images via Amazon. We had a great sales lift by doing that, now we can have the same sales increase on our website! Customer service was exceptional during implementation too. Knocked my socks off (old CS term I picked up years ago)!!! Thanks W3 Team!
Like most apps, once you get the hang of it, it's great. They have good help videos, and I am pleased with how it works and how it looks on my website.

We have been using this app for about 2 years and it's helped us grow our business by being able to do custom options for pre-orders, custom framing, and anything else we need for our promotions. Definitely recommend this app.
Literally the best customer service I have ever experienced. This app should have solved all of my problems, but for some reason it wasn't working quite right (it ended up being something in my own code, not anything from the app). These guys spent HOURS trying to track down the issue, and kept me updated the whole time. The app itself is great, but the service can't be beat.
Needed to create a long list of check boxes inside a product listing before a customer was able to add to cart. This works perfectly. Thanks!
I have now used this app with several different themes and stores and I've found it to be my preference over any other custom options app. Because third party apps have to keep up with shopify theme changes, I've come across a bug or two but the support at W3trends is so great. They are quick to reply and knowledgable to fix issues quickly. Definitely reccomend.
Terrible service, when i ask to fix the problem from the app
Changes the price on the product page when an option with an upcharge is selected, changes the item price in the cart to include all upchrage products, and install image customizer.

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. We had offered to look at the issues you were experiencing but you never accepted the collaborator access request so there was very little we can do.
As for the additional charges, those were for the data entry and custom configurations you were asking for us to do that are outside of the standard functionality of the app.

This app is brilliant, I have tried other custom apps and this one is miles ahead. Very user friendly and fits into our theme absolutely seamlessly. If you get stuck anywhere along the way the support team are very helpful and so quick at getting issues ironed out . Feels like you are dealing with nice genuine people instead of the usual robot replies we are all used to these days . 5 stars for sure !
