This app is amazing! Easy to use - configuring options and applying them store-wide is a breeze! And Shappify's support is without a doubt the best! Quick responses and always willing to go the extra mile.

If you only get one app for your Shopify store, then take my advice and get this one. Hands down the best.

My store hasn't launched yet, but it's well on it's way. This app has been a Godsend as we prepare our listings for our big launch.
The Product Option app is truly amazing and has made my life so much easier. Before installing the app, I had to figure out the most important details that I would need from customers, still not being able to list all the variants; I would then have to instruct customers to leave the extra info in the message box at checkout. It was so frustrating to only have the option of listing 100 variants which sounds like a lot, but really it isn't.

The Product Options app has delivered exactly what I needed for my product listings with no limitations. I can list as many options with changing prices for upgrades. The app has allowed my product listings to look cleaner and more professional. Now my customers don't have to worry about forgetting to add pertinent details regarding their customizations at checkout which also allows for more accuracy on our backend.

As far as customer service.....

I have only had to contact the support team once and the customer service provided was outstanding. I didn't like the way my product listings operated because when a customer selected from the upgraded options, the new price would show at the bottom of all of the details. This would make the customer have to scroll down each time to see the new price. The price also wasn't tallied up. Instead, pricing was shown separately for the extra add on's.

I really didn't like this and I contacted support through chat and I was helped immediately. The customer service rep placed me on hold and fixed the problem making the fixed price show beneath the products title. Also, when additional options were added, the rep made the pricing change as one price, not as additional add on's. I am so appreciative and thankful for this app and the support team and I would definitely recommend this app to other business owners.

If you are looking for a way to let your customers create a personalized item you will love this app. Easy to install, easy to use... for me it was a no brainer... Keep up the good work!

Hands down the best options app on Shopify that I have come across. The system is extremely user friendly. I am by no means a tech savvy person and was able to get this app to do exactly what I needed it to. The support staff was also extremely helpful. Thanks Bold!

Really like the app. Without it I wouldn't be on Shopify, as I need a lot more than 100 variants to get my product details out there, as there are a lot of selections. Nice integration into my site and easy to use. I needed some assistance with a layout change I wanted and the team from Bold Apps was there to help.

This app is a must for products with multiple options

I am baffled that shopify hasn't made their own one of these? it is an absolutely essential application installed on every single one of our websites, basically if you sell anything with more than a handful of variants then shopify cant handle it you have to use this. The conditions feature makes our website look smart and uncrowded and we love Bold for that...

For example a pair of boots available in black or brown size 35 to 46, that is already 24 variants, now add calf width and height.. game over!

The only downside to this app I really hope they or shopify somehow figure this out, is inventory. Your variants are not shown on your inventory and so if you manage stock then it makes it impossible because you cant see the sizes on the CSV when you download your inventory, it has meant that on one of our websites where it is imperative that customers know if the item is in stock or not we have to split the product into sizes 36 - 40 and 41 to 46 which is a pain, it actually really is.

My wholesale website has lots of variations and I needed an app that could handle all that plus create an easy to read back end. Other apps I tried either could not link my product pictures with my skus or they couldn't get the variants to show up under the sku. Bold Product Options was able to do all these things and more for me.
The support chat is amazing with immediate help and understanding of the any issues or complications I am having. The get to fixing my problem right away. I just wish I had the "smack my face" emoji a lot of the time.
