Don't bother - completely slows down your website! Options work fine, but makes the website load a lot slower.

UPDATE: Too good to be true. The app isn't working as advertised. What I wrote before is still true about installation, but now its been amended. The formatting on the options are not editable, the options are showing up, but not all of them, and the conditional logic isn't showing up.

This app exports your data from shopify servers to the bold app servers, there is no mention of this anywhere BEFORE you buy it. I was really unhappy with the security issues of this, there are implications if you want to be a compliant business and you are not specifying this in your privacy policy. How can you be accountable as a a business if you can't track where your data is going? I am still awaiting a refund from bold apps after 6 weeks, so it looks like their promise of a refund if you are not happy with the app is a bit pie-in-the-sky! Be aware, this is NOT an recommended app for a business website!! You also have to have the $19.99 to use any kind of conditional logic with the product variations, the $9.99 version is pretty useless, this is not made evident until you install and are billed for the app, also if you want to remove the app you have to go and manually remove the liquid files from your HTML and CSS files this is not that easy to do. I would have concerns about data-mining issues.

Bottom Line. BOLD Apps has one of the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I have reported them to their Shopify Account Manager and I truly hope that Shopify forces them to up their game. If I install a trial I should be able to get tech support immediately. Not send a dozen emails that go unanswered and then have to wait a minimum of 48 hours to schedule a call with someone (which is only a brief call) just to get the app working??? How does that make sense? When I install an app it is because I NEED it NOW - not 48+hours later. Shame on you Bold! I truly hope Shopify forces you to step up your game or kick you out of the App Store altogether.

I am a newbie to Shopify and he was patient and helped me out a ton. I love the 14-day trial as well! They are very fast at responding to email requests. Jericho has been so helpful with support on this app! I would recommend.

This app was the worst i have ever dealt with in all of my years of web development. It took me over 5 hours to try and install this app with the amount of customization that was required. After the 5 hours of work It still would not work for me, I was getting errors left, right and centre. There were no options showing up after I installe this app, when I select 'add to cart' I was getting more errors. The developers of this app really need to reconsider the shear amount of work that is involved in the installation of this app

And they try to charge then to install it for you? They charge enough as it is!this is the biggest scam I have ever come across in my life.

I have no idea how this app achieved 10/10 rating.
