The most helpful support I have received from any of the Shopify Apps has been from PushOwl. They treat each client (no matter how small) with such care. Apart from the fantastic service I received from Rameez, I have also found the app easy to install and it is user friendly even for a less experienced e-tailer such as myself.

PushOwl is a necessity for abandoned cart recovery, marketing outreach, and a great resource if your email marketing has slowed down. The team at PushOwl is absolutely awesome and not only provides super fast customer support but also helpful strategies and tips. I've used this app personally on 3 stores I am part of including one for Shopify Plus and it's been nothing but great to use.
I'm new to Pushowl, but it's smooth to use, with simple setup to send messages to guests. Although I had a little compatibility issue, the customer service was kind and quick to fix it for me
