David from the support team has been amazing recently, has really helped me fine-tune my sync so that I dont have to worry.

I spent lots of time trying to figure out how my company was going to syncronize our e-commerce sales with our accounting system. Sync didn't seem to be working, because there was a date hidden somewhere that didn't pull historical data. Sherwin helped explain it all, answer a bunch of questions I had, and fix everything up for me. Smooth sailing now!
