Sherwin walked me through the set up of this app and with their help I was able to get my shopify and quickbooks sites linked and working well together to invoice orders! Great service and even better customer service! This app saves me hours every week compared to manually invoicing each and every order.
Integration was easy. I contacted Paul at customer support with a few questions. He was patient and kind. He helped me sync correctly. His customer service was above and beyond, and I appreciate it immensely.
I had trouble syncing an entire year's worth of transactions from Shopify to Quickbooks and Ronnie was absolutely amazing! He was so patient in helping me get all my settings correct and even helping me transfer all the data. Thanks, Ronnie, you're an absolute gem!

I recently switched over from Bold connector to the Intuit connector for Shopify and I have never looked back. Simply does not work. Incredible that a native app by QuickBooks fails to connect to QuickBooks, i tried 2 days not a single invoice or a costumer was imported.
