Was a little overwhelmed with the synch and how it would look, Dean was very patient and helped me out a ton

Sherwin was awesome helping get our sync going! I was not sure of all the specifics and he helped me get it mapped out with no errors.
I just used the app for the first time. Had some issues with a duplicate account (this was my own fault) and syncing to my shopify store. Used the chat and was being assisted by Sherwin with in minutes. Very helpful, fixed my issued right away as well as took care of the extra account. He was very east to chat with and easy to understand. Thanks for the great service Sherwin!

I really wanted to Like this App, The customer service response times are great. Our issue is the very limited Sales Tax Syncing capacity. Shopify collects sales tax Based on State County and City. However, Onesass Combines them all into one independent Tax item that must be created in QBO to match. So hundreds of tax items must be built in QBO in order to sync.
