I had some issues with the new Sync between Shopify and QBO. Vincent was quick to help me resolve the issue. I have dealt with Vincent previously and I have always been happy with his support
I used this ap to integrate Shopify with QB. The tool is excellent and, SHERWIN, the CSR was very helpful. He was patient and explained the different steps to fix errors very clearly. Highly recommend.
Ronnie was a life saver! Just helped me seamlessly set up my first Shopify integration into QBO and it was so easy! I literally just had to answer a few guided questions regarding account mapping and he handled all the rest! I was super stressed about trusting myself to set this up without making a mess and Ronnie easily just handled it! 10 out of 10 -- five stars is not enough!
Oct 19-2023: Logged on today after received a notification that there was an issue with the sync. As soon as I logged on Sherwin was there to assist with correcting the tax codes that were giving me grief. Sherwin was very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions and provide additional information to help me from a making what would have been a really mess -- changing the import style to deposit/ payout instead of order!

David is a great help in spotting the mistake I made with the connections. Guidance was very detail-oriented and visual, with screenshots. It was very time efficient, and my sync problem between Shopify and QBO for my invoices was settled promptly.
This app has been a good solution for tying our b2b and b2c elements together. The support team especially LORI is excellent quickly and efficiently solving any problem. specific aspects that need improvement, such as how it deals with returns/exchanges, have yet to be addressed. once this has been solved I will definitely amend it to 5 stars.
We are just getting this app up and running and the customer support at 11pm was great. Ronnie helped me work through my problems and get me set up and heading in the right direction in no time. Was a relief that I could find someone so late at night, never know when you get the free time to work on all the little ins and outs needed to get it all sorted.
