Ben did a great job helping us take care of some sync issues for customers and products. Very happy to get very fast support and all fixed up!
I had an issue with the connector which was creating invoices and duplicate sales. Ronnie, the support technician, quickly responded to my chat, listened to my issue, and promptly fixed the problem for me. The support provided was excellent, quick, and efficient.
David gave me an excellent service in solving my syncing issues and help all the way until everything was running perfectly
Shopify integration to QBO was a hot mess, but NICK was reallyyy helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
A great app to sync my Shopify store with Quickbooks for the accountants to do their thing. I also logged into this week to resolve an issue with a customer not syncing across which in turn stops their transactions sync'ing and SHERWIN in the support team, popped up on chat and asked me if I needed help. They sorted it there and then. thank you!
I came a cross couple of tech issues back to back, and Ronnie was able to help me tremendously. As of today, all problems have been resolved. What a big relief!
