I've had this app in place right from the very beginning since I wanted Shopify to talk to Quickbooks automagically. It's been working in the background, doing its job without any problems. Just what I want. And prevents me from having to hire a bookkeeper!

Huge time saver. It has worked really well for our company. We've been using it for 5 years, and we had one snafu right at the beginning of Covid where it didn't add our orders for a month. That was a hassle to figure out, but otherwise it has been a great tool for automatically adding our orders from Shopify to Quickbooks.

The app has historically worked well for us. There have been a few hiccups here and there, but the support team has been able to iron out the wrinkles. The app does a good job for the price.

This app works really well for us. It saves us tons of data entry time. We don't sync inventory, just orders. Occasionally it has errors, but usually it's because a tax category wasn't pre-configured.

We've had this app installed for a couple of years based on the recommendation of our bookkeeper. It lessens the load for her, so I said 'yes'. I'm mainly giving it 5 stars because I have not ever had to touch it. Guess that's a sign of a good app.

This company provides absolutely zero support which is a shame. The application that they are selling is crucial to day to day operations by syncing inventory and financial information. I created a ticket over 1 week ago regarding their inventory not mapping. A representative emailed me a response 24 hours later that did not answer my question. I replied to the representative over 1 week ago and still no response. I created a second ticket two days ago and still have no response. I would think twice before using this app as it is designed to handle critical functions of day to day operations such as syncing inventory and financial information. The fact that it has been over 1 week and our business is still paralyzed due to their lack of response.

I used this app for many years and was a happy customer. But recently they did a "upgrade" and it no longer performs properly. Tech support is very limited - difficult to get anyone on the phone, and when you do they are inexperienced and have to escalate to the next level. Still waiting for an answer. So in the meantime I am looking for alternatives. If you have products from multiple vendors and need them to go to specific line items instead of ALL into ONE line item, DO NOT USE THIS APP.
Wouldn't recommend this app until the integration of taxes works better. When it brought over the tax from Shopify to QBO it put all the tax in PST and didn't split the GST out. Made for a big mess on my PST audit this spring.
I can not get QuickBooks to link with anything. It's near impossible to use. But it might be easier if this app actually worked.
If I could vote 0 stars.. I WOULD. For lack of a better word, this app SUCKS. It's the slowest things since dial-up and when you try to re-map or make a change with the sync, half the time it doesn't even load. I've been literally trying to switch a SKU mapping for two items. A SIMPLE AND QUICK TASK, and it has taken 3 days since the mapping won't load. And when it finally does, when you hit "edit" to change it, NOTHING HAPPENS. What a piece.
