Sooo much appreciation for my Account Exec who brought me onboard and got me all set up, handling very specific styling requirements. Dealing with a high maintenance client and making them happy is a great skill. Kudos. Now, the app, it is increasing sales right away. We have made some changes and have increase the cash flow even more. Reza, my contact, and his superior Janet have gone above in my expectations. We moved from another personalized platform to Rebuy and I'm so happy we made the move. We've been live for just a few weeks and I've already seen better performance from this app. The functionality of the widgets and the seamless integration and the back end are superior. I found Rebuy to be easy to implement, very intuitive, with seamless integration and almost no delay between changing things in Rebuy and seeing them implemented on our live site. I opened a chat support with a few early questions and that turned into a weeklong, ongoing chat with the same chat agent, Tom, where I fired dozens of questions about how to do certain things and how to implement desired setups. Between the chat support and help guides I was able to build out 10x more functionality with this in 3 days than I did with a previous upsell app over 9 months. I got responses from Tom at all hours of the day and night and rarely had any kind of delay in response. At certain points I sent a bulleted list of questions and got prompt and diligent follow-up on each one of my questions.

I recently had the opportunity to use Rebuy Engine for my business, and although the app wasn't the right fit for my specific needs at this stage of my business development, I had a very positive experience with their customer service team.

I interacted with Ian and Tamanna from the Rebuy team and I was impressed by their fast responses, understanding, and willingness to help. They both showed exceptional dedication to their roles and demonstrated excellent customer service.

Although I faced some challenges with the app functionality in relation to my specific business model and budget constraints, I believe that for the right businesses, Rebuy Engine can offer extensive customization options and numerous features.

Ian and Tamanna went above and beyond to address my concerns, offering a detailed walkthrough of the product and answering my questions efficiently and professionally.
