We migrated from another platform (WordPress) to Shopify and decided to use the RecurrinGO! app for managing our subscriptions. The entire migration process was incredibly smooth and took us only about 10 minutes to export our subscriptions. The app has worked excellently so far and customers have taken to our subscriptions very well. Customer service is fast and friendly (thanks Artem). What is a pity is that the upsell widgets do not work with Slide Cart. That would be a good added value. I'm looking forward to testing the build-a-box function now. This app wasn't useful for my use case and eventually I was charged for services I shouldn't have been. The developer reached out to me and made it right. Clearly they stand behind their product. If you need this service, this is the way to go.

One day the app doesn't work anymore. Always send this error: errors/app_permissions?error=eyJlcn... and i have all credentials to use it.

The worst, RecurrinGo don't have a communication channel to talk about this problem. If i can give you -10 star ill do it.

This app is shady. I was using a free version and after a while they automatically opted me into a paid version, their justification being that I was notified through a newsletter (which I never saw). Not worth it. They clearly pump up their positive reviews with obvious generic 5 star reviews. Avoid shady companies that use these practices.

Awful business ethics of the people behind this app. As others have stated, I was on a free plan and without my approval they switched my account to a paid subscription without proper notice.

They promised in an email after the change, that any requests to revert back to a free plan would be promptly processed. However, 2 weeks and 2 email requests later, they ignored the request. I have reported ...

The app has a bunch of ways to set up and manage subscriptions, and the upsell feature is super useful. The support team was awesome and helped us out every step of the way as we got everything set up. Really smooth and easy.

In terms of functionality it does exactly what I need. I seldom leave reviews but the guys are excellent. Thanks to the team for helping us transitioning our subscription service from another app. They set up the subscription software seamlessly within our purchase flow.
