I have some questions regarding the necessity to upgrading our plan and talked to Samantha. She is so nice and helps a lot with my amateur questions (our programmer quit and I basically have no clue). Keep the nice and hard work!
This app is the bomb, and has converted my simple website into the recurring revenue engine by allowing me to give users access to premium content for a small annual fee. The options that they have for allowing you to structure the membership programs with the use of smart lists and also to be able to show or hide content is great as well. I've only scratched the surface on how I can use this product but I LOVE it!
PS. Their concierge service for the installing of the app worked like a charm, and while I was trying to work out how the Membership application worked they were super responsive and helped me out along the way.
PPS. This is the third application that I have bought from them and each one is better than the other

Great product. Although I had a little trouble re-installing myself when I updated the theme, the support team jumped right in and got it done in just a few hours for me for no charge. Seems rare you get that kind of support these days, especially without additional costs or anything!

Bold has done a great job in assisting me in technical issues. They're very quick to respond (usually within in a couple of hours during their business hours) and quick to resolve an issue. I've reached out multiple times on different issues and they've always quickly responded. It took a bit longer than I would of hoped for on one technical issue, but the issue seemed to be pretty involved on their end, they ensured my store was still functional during that time, and ultimately the issue was completely resolved. Corey has been my main contact within Bold and he has done a wonderful job addressing my issues and concerns.
