I'll be honest - I have experienced a few technical issues with the Bold apps (about 5 issues over the period of 3 years - not bad). But at the end of the day they do exactly what I need for my business and I have not found a better option.
WHAT SAVES THE DAY IS THIS: The customer service and the live chat are tremendous. They are extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and have helped clear up my issues every single time. They are also very pleasant to speak with even though sometimes I'm sure I have been less than pleasant myself.

The customer service team and team of specialists supporting us while running the app absolutely deserve a 5-STAR rating.
The app itself is really good but has a few areas which we hope they will still improve (for example: 1) it is possible to sign-up for membership twice with the same email-address 2) it is not possible to time exactly at what time member exclusive products will go live in the shop. Other than the app is very good
