Aman has helped us, and several other staff. Helpful in fixing any issues or bugs with the membership app. We've found it suits our purposes for a custom theme on shopify. It has had the odd bugs, but the staff help us fix this when they come up.
The BOLD Member ship Liquid Installation guide is extremely disappointing. The instructions they provide often have significant coding discrepancies, with mismatched code and files that don't align with the Dawn theme. The only recourse is to contact their team for installation, which can take several days. I'm paying for a service, so why do I need to write code? Why doesn't the code match yours? And why do I have to wait 3-5 days? This is unacceptable
I was in an extreme hurry to get the BOLD membership App running on my Shopify store, therefore I contacted the support team 3 times in 24h and they all were extremely kind and made it possible to launch my webpage with the membership I wanted in time!

Their customer service is really bad. They sent an email instructing me to reply back to the email after I completed a step. I then receive an email chastising me for sending them an email.

I have some questions regarding the necessity to upgrading our plan and talked to Samantha. She is so nice and helps a lot with my amateur questions (our programmer quit and I basically have no clue). Keep the nice and hard work!
This app is the bomb, and has converted my simple website into the recurring revenue engine by allowing me to give users access to premium content for a small annual fee. The options that they have for allowing you to structure the membership programs with the use of smart lists and also to be able to show or hide content is great as well. I've only scratched the surface on how I can use this product but I LOVE it!
PS. Their concierge service for the installing of the app worked like a charm, and while I was trying to work out how the Membership application worked they were super responsive and helped me out along the way.
PPS. This is the third application that I have bought from them and each one is better than the other
