The support is awesome! I got help from Tippy who was quick to respond, polite, and followed up with me to ensure I got what I needed. Tippy was thorough and helped resolve my issue even though it required quite a bit of time and digging. Thanks again Tippy!!

I used this about a year ago and while it worked the default client-side UX wasn't great.

Anyway - another year, and its a much better product. We've had plenty of referred sales and that's even with turning the email options off.

needed help changing some text before launching our referral campaign. the customer service sent me a few quick screen shots and helped resolve my problem in less than 5 minutes.

We've never done referrals and would like to see how we might be able to test out different programs.

Derek on the customer support team was *ultra helpful* getting me up to speed on what our options are and how Referral Candy works as you adjust the program — e.g. what do past customers see when the referral program is changed from dollar to percentage discount?

Can't wait to give it a shot and see what happens!

I had Ferry help with me my queries about ReferralCandy and he was excellent, a really good help. I have called 3x and each time spoken with Ferry, I have actually requested to have him help me.
