Of all of the marketing platforms our company works with, Refersion has the best customer service - hands down. They are quick to respond, provide solutions, and easy to work with! I was upset about a function that I use to have in the old interface. Rather than just saying sorry they worked with the development team and turned something around in a day.

We've been rolling out to these changes to new customers for a while now, and the feedback has been great. But, new customers don't always know the difference since they have little context for what was there before. 100% changes can often be disruptive, even if we are confident it is "better."
While we may not always able to bring old functionality back (for a variety of reasons...security, privacy, infrastructure, etc.), I am glad we were able to do so here.
John and the rest of the team have been really helpful in assisting me to set up my Refersion account the right way. Really excited to get my brand going on this platform!

This is a rudimentary software that does an ok job and we've been running it for years. However it has lots of bugs that have been there for literally more than 5 years and they do not fix them or listen to feedback.
The app is poorly designed and has innumerable annoying nonsensical features, like notifications and popups that you cant get rid of after dismissing them literally 100 times. When you go to your dashboard log in it takes you to a log out page and asks you to create a new account. When you go to an affiliate it takes you to an error page using 1990s terminology "uh oh goose egg!".
Every time I go on here it is an exercise in irritation and frustration. Dont bother giving them suggestions they never listen.

Refersion is overpriced, outdated, and completely inflexible. The software delivers almost nothing for what they charge, and once you’re in, they make it as difficult and expensive as possible to leave. Even long-term customers are treated like ATMs to be milked, not partners to be supported.
The platform underperforms, the contracts are predatory, and the company hides behind rigid policies instead of doing what’s fair or reasonable. There are countless better alternatives that don’t lock you into absurd fees for minimal value.
If you’re considering Refersion, don’t. Save yourself the headache.
